our story
28 Years of Milestones & Food Worth Remembering
Berris Cuisine began the way the best things do, at home. In 1997, my mother, Nette Berris opened a small canteen called Kitchenette in Bay, Laguna driven by a love for feeding families well.
Rooted in Spanish, Chinese, and Bicolandia heritage, meals were always detailed, varied, and made with pride. More than two decades later, that same love is still the ingredient that sets every Berris table apart.
